Yes, we provide a written lifetime health guarantee for all of our kittens, covering the genetic diseases included in their parents’ Wisdom Panel testing.

For our Maine Coons, we provide a 3-year health guarantee against Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). In addition, both our Maine Coon and Balinese kittens are covered by a 3-year health guarantee against hereditary genetic diseases that are not included in the Wisdom Panel testing. 

Historically, many Siamese cats carried a genetic trait associated with their color-point pattern that affected how visual signals were processed. As a result, some cats developed crossed eyes to help compensate. Modern selective breeding has greatly reduced the prevalence of strabismus, especially in show-quality lines, but it can still occasionally appear.

In Siamese and Balinese breeding programs today, noticeable strabismus and kinked tails are generally considered undesirable and reputable breeders often select against it, though it may still occur from time to time due to the ancestors. 

When it comes to our breeding cats we are very selective and do not incorporate cats who have strabismus or kinked tails into our breeding program. We strive to produce healthy, well structured kittens that exemplify the breed. 

Kittens typically go home between 12–14 weeks of age. Timing may vary slightly depending on availability for their spay or neuter appointment.

Our Siamese are $1,650 to $2,000, Balinese are 2,000 to $2,500, and Maine Coons $2,800-$6,500. If you find a Balinese or Maine Coon kitten being offered for significantly less, I encourage you to carefully research the breeder, their breeding program, what comes home with the kitten, and the pedigrees of the parents.

Yes, all kittens will be spayed or neutered before going to their homes. 

We originally hoped to let the kittens have time to mature, but unfortunately, ONLY three clients have followed through on time, without repeated reminders and follow up on our part. Managing and tracking these agreements has become increasingly difficult and time consuming. To ensure the health and welfare of our kittens, as well as compliance with our contract requirements, all pet kittens will now be altered before going home. We appreciate the understanding and support of our families as we make this change in the best interest of our program and our kittens.

This change is not only to simplify our program, but also to protect our carefully developed bloodlines. While our contracts prohibit unauthorized breeding, enforcing those agreements can be stressful and may lead to legal action in the event of a breach of contract. By altering kittens before they leave, we can better safeguard the integrity of our breeding program and avoid those situations altogether.

Spay and Neuter also helps prevent accidental pregnancies, reduces the likelihood of males developing spraying behaviors, and eliminates the risk of pyometra, a serious and potentially life threatening uterine infection in females. These benefits provide peace of mind for both us and our kitten families.
