We are a CFA and TICA registered cattery based in Troutdale, Virginia, dedicated to the ethical breeding and placement of high quality, healthy, and well socialized kittens. Our program currently produces Balinese in the following colors: Seal, Blue, Chocolate, and Lilac, with the addition of the rare and highly sought-after Cinnamon and Fawn.  In 2027, we will begin our Maine Coon Program.  Our Maine Coons come from prestigious National and Regional Award-Winning Champion bloodlines. Our breeding cats descend from some of the longest-established and most respected Maine Coon & Balinese lines in the United States, Russia, and Europe. All breeding cats undergo comprehensive DNA testing, PCR testings, HCM & OFA (hips & elbows) testings, and are certified free from known genetic disorders, as well as FIV and FeLV. Our breeding program prioritizes health, correct conformation, and exceptional temperament in alignment with breed standards and best practices.

Kittens are raised in a controlled, family oriented environment alongside two Great Danes, and two young children, with regular exposure to approved visitors. This early socialization supports confident, well adjusted kittens and a smooth transition into a variety of household settings. Nutritional needs are met with a premium diet consisting of Instinct Ultimate  Protein Grain Free and Tiki Shred After Dark Wet Formulas. 

• Adoption fee:  Balinese  $2,000–$2,500, &  Maine Coons $2,500-$6,500 based on individual kitten characteristics, and fees may also vary based on whether the kitten has been altered (spayed or neutered) prior to going home.
• Clients acquiring multiple kittens from a single litter are eligible for a 5% discount on second kitten. 
• Returning clients will receive a 3% discount on their second Kitten/Cat.
• We proudly offer a 5% discount on the purchase of your first kitten to active and retired members of the U.S. Military, the Department of Defense (DoD), and Law Enforcement. Valid identification or proof of service is required.
• Reservation deposit: $500 non-refundable reserve deposit is required and applied toward total purchase price. The reserve deposit is $400 for those who have paid for the exclusive wait list. 
• Kittens are eligible for placement between 12-14 weeks.
• Kittens must be picked up by 14 weeks unless prior arrangements have been made. Any kitten remaining in our care after 14 weeks will be subject to a $50 per week boarding fee.

The Balinese cat is an elegant, intelligent, and affectionate breed often described as the long-haired version of the Siamese. Known for their striking blue eyes, silky coat, and color-point pattern, Balinese cats are highly social and form strong bonds with their families.

Balinese are often considered one of the more hypoallergenic cat breeds because they are believed to produce lower levels of the Fel d 1 protein, the primary allergen responsible for most cat allergies. While no cat is completely hypoallergenic, many allergy sufferers report fewer reactions to Balinese cats compared to other breeds.

Highly intelligent and playful, Balinese enjoy interactive toys, learning tricks, and being involved in daily family activities. Their single-layer coat has little undercoat, making it less prone to matting and relatively easy to maintain with regular brushing.

Affectionate, loyal, and people-oriented, the Balinese is an excellent companion for those seeking a beautiful, engaging, and loving feline family member.

The Maine Coon is one of the largest domesticated cat breeds, known for its impressive size, tufted ears, bushy tail, and friendly, dog-like personality.

Originating in the United States, Maine Coons are highly adaptable, hardy cats with thick, water-resistant coats that help them thrive in colder climates. Despite their rugged appearance, they are gentle giants—affectionate, social, and typically very good with children and other pets.

They are intelligent, playful, and often enjoy interactive games, but they are not overly demanding of attention. Their easygoing temperament, combined with their striking looks and loyal nature, makes them one of the most popular and beloved cat breeds worldwide.
